Reuters in Eagan, Minnesota seeks a Senior Analyst to own compliance strategy for the Products segment, prioritizing high-risk use cases and partnering with product, legal, sales, and leadership to ensure policy adherence. The role emphasizes Compliance by Design and steady growth of the segment’s coverage model.

You will drive risk-based investigations, leverage AI tools and analytics, and mentor junior staff while supporting audits and training to strengthen compliance across the product

Formación

• 5–7+ years of business, legal, or compliance experience in product or regulatory risk
• Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks for enterprise customers
• Experience with Compliance by Design and early-stage product governance
• Ability to define and manage a horizontal coverage model for a products segment
• Experience using AI tools, automation, and data analytics in compliance functions

Responsabilidades

• Own compliance strategy and execution for the Products segment
• Conduct misuse investigations and user reviews for Products
• Partner with product, legal, sales and leadership on regulatory obligations
• Support Compliance by Design with product and engineering teams
• Contribute to Risk’s Assurance Hub with root-cause analysis and remediation plans
• Leverage AI and analytics to strengthen monitoring and reporting
• Lead third-party and internal audit remediation
• Provide training and communications on product compliance
