Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of business, legal, or compliance experience in product or business compliance management.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks for enterprise and corporate customers.
• Experience with Compliance by Design and early-stage product governance.
• Ability to define coverage models in a horizontal products segment.
• Experience using AI tools, automation, and data analytics in compliance.
• Independent judgment on complex issues with minimal supervision.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own compliance strategy and execution for the Products segment, prioritizing high-risk products and use cases.
• Conduct misuse investigations, use-case vetting, and customer reviews within Products.
• Partner with product, legal, sales, and leadership on regulatory obligations and policies.
• Support Compliance by Design with engineering teams for new products and features.
• Contribute to Risk’s Assurance Hub with root-cause analysis and mitigation plans.
• Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to strengthen monitoring and reporting.
• Lead execution of policies and remediation across Products.
• Support training and employee communications on product compliance.
• Provide litigation support and conduct legal/compliance research as needed.
• Mentor junior staff and help scale the Segment Compliance model.
