Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of business, legal, or compliance experience with product or regulatory risk.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks for enterprise and corporate customers.
• Experience with Compliance by Design and early-stage product governance.
• Ability to define a coverage model for a horizontal Products segment.
• Advanced experience using AI tools, automation platforms, and data analytics in compliance.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while staying aligned with strategy.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own compliance strategy and execution for the Products segment, prioritizing high-risk products.
• Conduct misuse investigations, use-case vetting, and customer reviews within the Products segment.
• Partner with product, legal, sales, and leadership on regulatory obligations and third-party requirements.
• Support Compliance by Design with product and engineering teams from inception.
• Contribute to Risk's Assurance Hub with root-cause analysis and mitigation plans.
• Leverage AI tools, automation, and analytics to strengthen monitoring and reporting.
• Lead execution of policies from design to implementation; manage third-party and internal audits.
• Support compliance training and communications related to product obligations.
