Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, pre-law, or a compliance-related field.
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
• 3 to 6 years of compliance, legal analysis, or paralegal experience.

Responsabilidades

• Draft compliant articles, summaries, and guidance materials for publications and alerts.
• Maintain member-facing compliance tools, templates, and resources.
• Conduct legal and risk research using Westlaw, databases, and AI platforms to analyze statutes and regulations.
• Track regulatory changes and translate updates into actionable summaries for members.
