Anthropic is hiring an Internal Communications Manager for the Product organization in San Francisco. The role embeds in leadership, translating technical work into clear narratives while guiding executives on what to say when. You’ll drive all-hands, coach leaders, and help scale comms as the company grows.

You’ll partner with engineers, PMs and researchers to connect teams to mission-critical work, balancing clarity, candor and strategic impact in a fast-moving AI environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in communications or adjacent craft.
• Exceptional writing with ability to distill complex decisions into clear narratives.
• Trusted advisor to senior leaders, able to influence through candor.
• Ability to embed with engineers, PMs and researchers and earn trust.
• See the big picture and connect team updates to company strategy.
• Keen eye for authentic moments worth amplifying within culture.

Responsabilités

• Own the internal communications strategy for the Product portfolio and be a trusted leadership partner.
• Draft communications in executive voice and provide candid counsel when needed.
• Translate technical work into clear, credible narratives for employees across functions.
• Design creative, non-deck approaches to connect people to work and impact.
• Anticipate communications needs (launches, incidents, organizational changes) and plan ahead.
• Plan and execute internal fora like all-hands and AMAs with excellence.
• Collaborate with broader internal communications teams to ensure consistent messaging.
