Job summary

Superhuman, the AI productivity platform, seeks a Communications Manager to shape executive voice, oversee social media, and drive product storytelling across Mail, Docs, and Go.

Based in San Francisco or New York with occasional travel, you will help navigate a company in transition, break through the noise, coordinate with product, marketing, and PR, and bring creative ideas to capture attention across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in communications, in-house or agency.
• Technology focus with knowledge in AI preferred.
• Strong knowledge of both new and traditional media landscapes.
• Proven track record managing executive social media programs, including ghostwriting and content calendars for C-suite leaders.
• Experience owning product launch communications end-to-end: strategy, messaging, spokesperson prep, and execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with adaptable voice per executive and platform.
• Strong media relations with tech and business reporters and proactive monitoring.
• Editorial instincts for newsworthiness, spotting trends early.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
• Based in San Francisco or New York and willing to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive social media program: strategy, content, calendar, and performance monitoring.
• Lead product communications across Superhuman Mail, Docs, Go, and Agents; align with launches.
• Collaborate with community and customer marketing to tell customer stories.
• Manage speaking and awards program with our PR agency.
• Act as comms liaison with events team.
