Job summary

Snif, a fast-growing fragrance brand based in New York, seeks a Product Commercialization Manager to own the execution path from kickoff to launch. You will align Product Development, Operations, Retail, and Brand to ensure on-time, on-spec, and on-budget launches.

As the operational hub for new product development, you will manage calendars, milestones, and contingencies, driving clarity and accountability across teams in a remote-first setup with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in commercialization, project management, or product operations, ideally in beauty, fragrance, or CPG.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent launches against fixed retail dates.
• Deep familiarity with the beauty/home scent development cycle: formula, component, tooling, artwork, testing, and production.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the master development milestones for all new launches from kickoff through first production run.
• Build and manage timelines, working backward from launch and retailer dates.
• Run the stage-gate process, flag risks, and escalate issues to leadership with clear recommendations.
