Snif is hiring a remote Project Manager for Product Commercialization connected to its New York City team. The role oversees beauty and fragrance launches from kickoff through first production, reporting to the VP of Product, with about 10 percent travel.

This position is ideal for a project-ops professional with 4–7 years in commercialization or product operations, familiar with cross-functional launches and vendor coordination within the beauty/CPG space.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in commercialization, project management, or product operations.
• Experience in beauty, fragrance, or consumer packaged goods.
• Experience with launches with fixed dates, vendor coordination, product operations.

Responsibilities

• Own launches from kickoff through first production.
• Manage milestones, stage gates, contingency planning and weekly commercialization meetings.
• Coordinate with Product Development, Operations, Retail, Brand, Creative and external suppliers.
