Job summary

Snif, a bold fragrance startup, seeks a Product Commercialization Manager to own the execution path from kickoff through production and launch. You will turn the product roadmap into a clear, well-run plan that delivers launches on time, on spec, and on budget, coordinating across Product Development, Operations, Retail, Brand, and Creative.

You are exceptionally organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a calm approach to cross-functional work.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in commercialization, project management, or product operations.
• Fluency with PLM/ERP systems and project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com).
• Proven ability to manage multiple launches against fixed dates.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master development milestones from kickoff through first production run.
• Build and manage project timelines backward from launch and retailer dates.
• Run the stage-gate process and flag at-risk gates.
• Identify critical path items and build contingency plans.
• Lead the weekly cross-functional commercialization meetings.
• Partner daily with Product Development, Operations, Retail, Brand, and Creative to track progress.
• Escalate development risks with clear recommendations to leadership.
• Manage packaging vendors, tooling development, and lead times.
• Track testing, retailer submissions, and line reviews.
