You will partner with product, marketing, sales enablement, account management, and analytics to translate strategy into coordinated launch plans and measurable adoption activities. The position may be remote or hybrid anywhere in the US depending on location and hub access.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product commercialization or related roles in healthcare.
• Experience supporting healthcare, payor, employee benefits, B2B, or complex enterprise product initiatives.
• Ability to translate product and commercialization direction into coordinated plans, strategic briefs, readiness activities, and execution requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate go-to-market plans across product, marketing, sales enablement.
• Translate portfolio strategy into market-facing requirements and assets.
• Support launch readiness and adoption tracking across initiatives.
• Partner with analytics, actuarial, finance, and product teams to identify credible proof points and value measures.
• Develop buyer value stories, proof requirements, and commercialization briefs.
• Create presentations, FAQs, sales resources, and training materials with accountable teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve product positioning, introduction across the portfolio, and adoption.
