Job summary

MXD in Chicago is seeking a Product Associate to support the MxDLearn Virtual Training Center for two years, with a possible extension. The VTC provides resources for training, workforce development, and learning across manufacturing.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure a high-quality learning experience. The role focuses on product operations, VTC administration, content coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement, ideal for someone who enjoys users and technology

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of LMS support experience preferred.
• Experience administering an LMS platform such as Absorb is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the MxDLearn VTC product roadmap with day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders on programs.
• Configure, publish, and maintain digital courses and microsites in the VTC.
• Manage enrollments, user accounts, permissions, and course settings.
• Administer system integrations and APIs to support functionality.
• Monitor LMS performance and coordinate issue resolution with teams.
• Provide technical support to learners and stakeholders.
• Conduct QA reviews of courses and VTC functionality.
• Maintain SOPs, documentation, and QA checklists.
• Develop reports on learner participation and outcomes.
• Assist onboarding of content providers and partners.
• Collaborate with Communications to promote offerings.
