Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years in a technical or customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong customer-oriented work ethic.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while delivering results.
• Strong technical and/or mathematical acumen.

Responsibilities

• Determine customer sizing, applications, and other technical questions before installation.
• Analyze dimensions and performance characteristics to provide timely product support.
• Provide accurate product details for marketing literature and digital assets.
• Support internal/external sales with product cross references, sizing, etc.
• Create or assist in technical sales and training material/presentations for Product, Sales and Marketing.
• Facilitate and/or assist with delivery of on- or off-site product training.
• Analyze customer feedback to determine educational opportunities for on-site or online training.
