Job summary

PEMCO is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to conduct advanced quantitative analysis of property & casualty products. You will partner with Product and Actuarial teams to drive insights, build dashboards, and support rate filings while communicating findings to stakeholders.

The role requires strong SQL skills, data modeling, and experience in insurance analytics. This position is based in the Seattle area with potential travel to our headquarters.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS in a quantitative field; graduate degree preferred.
• 6+ years in analytical roles with pricing insurance products or similar work.
• Proficiency in SQL, data visualization, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage large-scale, complex projects with support.
• Develop analytical strategies with Product Managers and Actuarial teams.
• Create queries, dashboards, and tools to analyze product success and data warehousing.
