Job summary

Churchill Mortgage in San Diego is seeking a dynamic Producing Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team of loan officers and cultivate a robust network of referral partners in the local market.

You will drive loan production, mentor staff, oversee branch financials, and build relationships with real estate professionals to grow the business while upholding ethical lending and delivering outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in mortgage banking or retail branch banking, including 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Strong network of referral partners and proven sales capability.
• Deep knowledge of mortgage products, regulatory guidelines, underwriting, and closing procedures.
• Active NMLS license.
• A passion for leadership, mentorship, and delivering outstanding client experiences.

Responsibilities
