We are looking for a seasoned, high-producing Mortgage Loan Officer seeking more than just a typical desk job and compensation plan. You will collaborate closely with a well-established PLACE-powered real estate team that consistently generates inbound buyer and seller leads, prioritizes speed, transparency, and an outstanding client experience, and seeks a long-term mortgage partner instead of a revolving door of lenders.

You won't be just "one among many." You will be the lender.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close residential mortgage loans with excellence and speed
• Serve as the primary mortgage partner for our real estate sales team's leads
• Collaborate closely with agents to convert, pre-approve, and close buyers
• Build, grow, and eventually lead a branch or production pod
• Maintain strong referral relationships with agents, builders, and partners
• Deliver a best-in-class borrower experience from pre-approval to closing

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer (required)
• Verifiable closed loan volume (recent production history required)
• Active or eligible NMLS license
• Strong understanding of purchase transactions (not just refi)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something meaningful
• High integrity, strong communication skills, and team-first mentality
• This is not a training role. This is a growth and leadership role.
