Job summary

Revolution Mortgage is seeking a Branch Production Manager to oversee a retail office, drive pricing strategy, and manage the P&L to maximize profitability and growth. You will lead branch employees and shape short- and long-term plans to deliver a high standard of service.

You’ll implement policies, monitor results, and collaborate with senior management to expand the customer base while ensuring compliance with mortgage guidelines and certifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years mortgage branch management.
• Experience managing P&L is required.
• Knowledge of mortgage guidelines and loan origination systems.
• Ability to lead a sales team and set strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Implement pricing strategies based on short- and long-term strategic plans.

• Measure effectiveness of policies and procedures implemented within the branch.
• Determine cost-saving measures with P&L statements and identify trends within the company and market, including public and competition information.

• Plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities at the highest level of management with the help of subordinate managers.
• Build rapport and growth strategies with branch employees and establish guidelines and goals.

Let’s make moves! We are looking for a Branch Production Manager to join the Revolution and create a meaningful and collaborative lending experience for our customers. As a Branch Manager at Revolution Mortgage, you’ll operate a retail office by managing the profit and loss (P&L) of the business, implement pricing strategy, and develop short and long term strategic planning, implement policies and procedures, and oversee training programs for branch employees. The key role in this position is to increase the value of employee output and maximize the company’s profitability through high standards and clearly defined goals.

What you’ll be doing.

• Review, evaluate, and set financial goals by creating and evaluating P&L statements

Qualifications

What we are looking for

• 2+ years mortgage branch management with proven results
• Prior experience managing P&L is required
• Ability to meet and pass all state certifications, requirements, and tests
• Knowledge of mortgage industry, FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines, and related mortgage systems such as loan origination software
• Self‑motivation, entrepreneurship, and enthusiasm to lead a sales team
• 60M in annual funded production or 200 units
