You will drive loan production, mentor staff, oversee branch financials, and build relationships with real estate professionals to grow the business while upholding ethical lending and delivering outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in mortgage banking or retail branch banking, including 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Strong network of referral partners and proven sales capability.
• Deep knowledge of mortgage products, regulatory guidelines, underwriting, and closing procedures.
• Active NMLS license.
• A passion for leadership, mentorship, and delivering outstanding client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive loan production through strategic sales and business development.
• Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier Loan Officers.
• Manage branch financials to ensure profitability and growth.
• Build strong referral relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and community partners.
• Develop and execute a branch business plan to maximize success.
