  • Ability to manage workload and proactively accomplish tasks
  • Preserve and foster CIVIC’s Culture and maintain a positive and forward-thinking attitude.

Experience / Requirements
  • 3-6 years demonstrated interest/experience in experiential or special events. Please note that applicants without experience leading technical vendors for live events (not television or video) will unfortunately not be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience in specific areas of special event production, with experience working with a variety of production and technical vendors, including (but not limited to) scenic, video, lighting, audio, power, heavy equipment and both union and non-union labor
  • Resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, who can anticipate and overcome obstacles while still effectively communicating challenges to the wider team, and who can leverage their technical expertise for creative and safe problem solving
