Job description

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate, Live Events to support the execution of live events, talent tours, and brand activations. This role is rooted in production coordination, vendor communication, and event logistics, while also supporting creative across events. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects organized and moving forward, while contributing to the development of event materials and on-site experiences. The ideal candidate is operationally strong, creatively aware, and highly proactive and someone who thrives in the details while helping bring high-impact experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities
Creative & Design Support
  • Support creation of event assets (signage, one-sheeters, partner materials)
  • Assist with on-site collateral and branded touchpoints
  • Bring awareness of trends, design, and cultural moments into execution
Event Production & Logistics
  • Support planning and execution of talent tours, live events, and activations
  • Assist with timelines, run-of-show docs, and production schedules
  • Coordinate logistics across venues, partners, and internal teams
Partnership & Communication
  • Support communication with brand partners
  • Distribute pre-event materials, timelines, and one-sheeters
  • Help ensure a seamless partner experience from onboarding through event completion
Operations & Organization
  • Maintain internal trackers for events and partnerships
  • Assist in building and organizing planning materials and logistics documents
  • Conduct research for venues, vendors, and activation ideas
  • Support sourcing and coordination of external partners
  • Assist with vendor outreach
Team & Cross-Functional Support
  • Support Dear Media IRL event prep and logistics
  • Assist with talent tour coordination and internal communication
  • Take ownership of smaller projects with guidance
  • Proactively identify ways to support the team and improve processes
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in live events and experiential
  • Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of event production workflows
