Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an Assistant Produce Manager to help customers make healthy choices and support a fast-paced, friendly store team. You will assist the Produce Manager with daily operations, inventory controls, and supervision of the Produce staff to deliver top quality and service.

The role emphasizes safety, freshness, and continuous improvement. You’ll lead by example, train teammates, schedule shifts, and participate in merchandising while upholding health

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years old and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Demonstrate friendly, outgoing behavior and strong communication with customers.
Perform housekeeping and follow safety, health, and sanitation guidelines including Food Handlers permit.

Responsibilities

Assist the Produce Manager in daily department operations and merchandising.
Oversee inventory controls, ordering, quality, and supervision of the Produce team.
Lead a team to plan, price, display, and rotate produce items while maintaining freshness.
