Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Produce Manager in Scottsdale, AZ. You will lead one of the store's busiest teams, drive customer service excellence, and support the Produce Manager in daily operations.

Responsibilities include inventory control, merchandising, scheduling, and ensuring freshness and safety standards while coaching and developing staff. A positive attitude and reliability are essential to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Produce Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Produce team.
• Coordinate merchandising and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Maintain freshness standards through receiving, processing, pricing, signage, and rotation of items.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing the Produce team.
• Operate and maintain produce equipment and unload deliveries.
• Ensure safety, health, and sanitation guidelines are followed.
