H-E-B Odessa is seeking a Store Department Lead to guide a busy, well-stocked department and deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise scheduling, train Partners, and ensure compliance with safety and store policies while maintaining product availability.

In this role you will oversee Bakery, Produce, Deli, and other sections, coordinating with Managers to optimize operations, mentor Partners, and resolve issues to meet sales targets and customer needs in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Experience in retail department leadership and supervision.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read procedures and safety rules.

Responsabilités

• Lead department operations, including scheduling and training Partners.
• Oversee inventory control and product movement.
• Provide superior customer service and assist customers with selections.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
