You will work with various sections, lead by example, train team members, and handle customer inquiries with product expertise to drive department sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a department or team in a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise scheduling, training and development of Partners.
• Strong knowledge of customer service and product recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Lead a department to ensure shelves are stocked and well-maintained.
• Provide superior customer service and handle inquiries.
• Schedule shifts and train Partners; assist with inventory control and production planning.
• Assist Bakery/Beauty/Deli/Produce/back-of-house areas as needed.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards and store policies.
