Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a Store Manager/department supervisor to lead the produce department in Frazer, PA. You will review the shift schedule, ensure PPE compliance, and prepare for duties while guiding and training team members.

You will manage inventory, maintain displays, monitor dates, and drive KPI achievement, with a strong emphasis on food safety and operational standards. This full-time role focuses on delivering great customer service and efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write and communicate to complete duties and follow policies.
• Complete 60-day probationary period.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements.
• Operate or learn equipment used for the job.
• Adhere to company performance standards including regular attendance.
• Adhere to food safety requirements for produce.
• Complete in-house forklift-training program.
• Maintain required licenses/certificates/permits.

Responsibilities

• Review shift schedule and prep work, PPE compliance and readiness.
• Enter orders, schedule work, supervise/train team members, stock items, check dates, perform markdowns, and complete department tasks.
• Check inventory daily, remove out-of-date items, stock displays, and maintain shelves.
• Strive to achieve all KPI targets for the department.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors and counters.
• Track loss using known loss tracking (KLT).
