Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a team member for our Pennsylvania store to support the Produce department and daily operations. You will manage stock, assist with scheduling, and help maintain clean, safe displays while following food safety guidelines.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, a 60-day probation, and reliable attendance. We emphasize teamwork, safety, and customer service across our community-focused stores.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, write, communicate, and understand to complete duties and follow policies.
• Must complete the 60-day probationary period.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have 1 year of work experience or technical training.
• Must have keyboarding skills.
• Must complete forklift-training program.
• Must maintain any required licenses or permits.

Responsibilities

• Review the shift schedule, prep for duties, and comply with PPE.
• Enter orders, schedule work, supervise/train team members, stock items, and perform markdowns.
• Check inventory daily, remove out-of-date items, stock displays.
• Achieve all KPI targets for the department.
• Clean/sanitize surfaces and equipment; maintain cleanliness.
• Track loss using known loss tracking (KLT).
