This role emphasizes KPI achievement and loss prevention within the produce department. Responsibilities include stock replenishment, inventory checks, equipment handling, and maintaining clean work environments.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand job duties.
• Must complete 60-day introductory period.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements.
• Able to operate or learn equipment used in the job.
• Commitment to safe work practices and company standards.
• Adherence to performance standards and regular attendance.
• Compliance with food safety requirements for the department.
• Must wear proper clothing and shoes.
• One year of work experience or technical training is required.
• Must have keyboarding skills.
• Must complete forklift training (job-specific).
• Must hold applicable licenses/certifications for the position.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and prep supplies at shift start.
• Enter orders, schedule work, supervise/train team members, stock items.
• Check inventory daily, restock, maintain displays.
• Achieve KPI targets for the department.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors, counters.
• Track losses using known loss tracking (KLT).
