Job summary

• Must adhere to food safety requirements for the produce department
• Must wear proper clothes and shoes
• Must have 1 year of work experience or technical training
• Must have keyboarding skills
• Must complete forklift-training program
• Must have and maintain required licenses, certificates, or permits

Responsibilities

• Review the schedule at shift start, prepare the required equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and ready for duties.
• Enter orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members, receive, store, and stock items, check dates, follow food safety requirements, perform markdowns, and handle department tasks as needed.
• Check inventory daily, remove out-of-date items, stock, restock, and maintain displays.
• Aim to achieve all KPI targets for the department.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors, and counters.
• Track loss using known loss tracking (KLT).
