Job summary

• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must adhere to and direct all food safety requirements for the produce department.
• Must wear proper assigned clothes and shoes for this job.
• Must have 1 year of work experience or technical training.
• Must have keyboarding skills.
• Must complete the in-house forklift-training program.
• Must have and maintain valid specialty licenses, certificates, or permits required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at shift start, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE, and prepare for duties.
• Enter orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members, receive/store/stock items, check dates, follow food safety, perform markdowns, and support department tasks.
• Check inventory daily, remove out-of-date items, stock and display items, and maintain displays.
• Responsible for achieving all KPI for the department.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors, and counters.
• Track record and loss using known loss tracking (KLT).
