Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a Store Manager in the PA area. This role oversees daily store operations, ensures food safety and inventory accuracy, and leads a team to meet KPI targets. The position emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements for this position.
• Must have 1 year of work experience or technical training.
• Must have and maintain valid specialty licenses, certificates, or permits required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare duties.
• Enter orders, schedule work, supervise and train team members, receive and stock items, check dates and perform markdowns.
• Check inventory daily, remove out of date items, stock and restock items, maintain displays.
• Responsible for achieving all KPI targets for the department.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors, and counters.
• Track record and loss using known loss tracking (KLT).
