Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Produce Manager to lead the produce department in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment in Centennial, CO. You will ensure product quality, merchandising excellence, and staff development.

The role requires 1–3 years in grocery retail with produce management, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Daily tasks include coaching, scheduling, and enforcing safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have 1–3 years of grocery retail experience with produce management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Perform general housekeeping and sanitation in the department.
• Adhere to safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Able to perform physical duties (lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk long hours).
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in reviewing performance and financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and cleanliness of the produce department.
• Manage inventory and scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct bi-annual performance reviews.
• Attend in-store meetings and collaborate with Store Manager on promotions and promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and promote staff in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Lead the team to deliver top-quality products and customer service.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed.
