Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must read, write, and communicate effectively to complete job duties and follow policies
• Must complete the 60-day introductory period
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools for the job
• Must perform all job functions safely and meet performance standards including regular attendance
• Must adhere to food safety requirements for the produce department
• Must wear the proper clothes/shoes approved for this job
• Must have 1 year of work experience or technical training
• Must have keyboarding skills
• Must complete in-house forklift training
• Must maintain any required licenses, certificates, or permits

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at shift start and prepare duties, PPE, and equipment
• Enter orders, schedule work, supervise/train team members, stock items, and maintain displays
• Check inventory daily, remove out-of-date items, move loaded pallets to cooler, stock items
• Achieve KPI targets for the department
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters
• Track losses using known loss tracking (KLT)
