Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have 1–3 years of grocery retail experience with management in produce.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks or equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations of the Produce Department.
• Manage quality control, merchandising, cleanliness, and inventory.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct bi-annual performance reviews.
• Attend in-store meetings and participate in hiring and promotions.
• Balance staffing and scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality produce and customer service.
