Sprouts Farmers Market in Denver is seeking an Assistant Produce Manager to help lead one of our busiest departments and assist customers in choosing fresh, healthy options. You will support daily merchandising, inventory control, and team supervision to keep the produce area running smoothly.

This role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with basic math skills.
• Reliable with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Outgoing and friendly with strong communication.
• Ability to work in a team and take direction.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the department.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Produce Manager with department merchandising for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory, product quality, and supervision of the Produce team.
• Plan and coordinate merchandising and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Maintain freshness standards: receiving, pricing, display, rotation.
• Support hiring, training, and development of the Produce team; unload deliveries.
