Job summary

Harris Teeter in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Full Time Produce Management Assistant DLT to oversee the Produce Department, with possible Floral duties, and supervise up to 20 associates to ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will lead with Harris Teeter's values, support the Produce Manager, participate in training and performance discussions, and help deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining standards for safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or two to three years related experience.
• Commitment to unparalleled customer service; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Complete Company's training including but not limited to new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge.
