Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking an Assistant Produce Manager in Fairfax, VA to supervise up to 20 associates in the Produce Department, with potential Floral duties. You’ll coordinate daily tasks, mentor staff, and ensure high standards of service, safety, and quality in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will interview and train associates, plan and direct work, evaluate performance, and address customer concerns.
