Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking an Assistant Produce Manager to lead a team in Aldie, VA. You will supervise up to 20 associates in Produce, with possible Floral duties, directing daily tasks and ensuring store goals are met.

You will interview, train, and evaluate staff, plan workloads, and address customer concerns. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 2–3 years related experience.

• Completion of training including store processes and safety.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing and training associates.
• Plan, assign, and direct work in the Produce (and possibly Floral) departments.
• Assist in performance appraisals, rewards, and discipline.
