Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking an Assistant Produce Manager to supervise the Produce Department and possibly the Floral Department. You will direct daily operations, train staff, and ensure high customer service standards in a busy retail store environment.

You will lead performance evaluations, handle coaching, and collaborate with store leadership to meet goals while maintaining safety and quality in all tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or two to three years related experience.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to complete required training and assist the team to improve customer satisfaction and sales.
• Complete company training including orientation, sanitation, customer service network, safety, and product knowledge.
