Job summary

Harris Teeter in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Full Time Produce Management Assistant DLT to supervise the Produce Department (and possibly Floral) and drive overall direction and performance.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to train and evaluate staff, and adherence to company policies and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 20 associates in the Produce Department; may also oversee the Floral Department.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; interview and train associates; evaluate performance; reward and discipline as needed.
• Address complaints and resolve problems while ensuring compliance with Harris Teeter policies and applicable laws.
