Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Produce Team Member to support the Produce department by receiving and preparing products, stocking shelves, and maintaining attractive displays in line with company standards. You will help break down deliveries, rotate stock, and assist customers with friendly, knowledgeable service.

Responsibilities include ensuring sanitation, following safety protocols, and contributing to a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Commitment to health and safety regulations and WFM standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fresh, appealing displays; front-face cases and stock shelves.
• Assist Team Leader with organizing volume and seasonal items.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to buyers and supervisors.
• Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; ensure pricing accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service and attire professional for customer interaction.
