Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking team members for the Produce department to support receiving, preparing, stocking, and displaying products in alignment with company standards. The role emphasizes courteous, efficient service and adherence to health and safety regulations, with duties across opening, mid, and closing shifts.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean displays, assisting with inventory, and providing excellent customer service while following Weights and Measures and sanitation

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked by front-facing, checking codes, rotating and removing out-of-date products.
• Assists Team Leader in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Monitors and prevents spoilage and communicates waste to buyers, Team Leaders, and shift supervisor.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
