Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Produce Team Member to support receiving and preparing products, maintain the Produce floor and displays, and assist customers. This role emphasizes friendly, efficient service and strict adherence to health and safety standards in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include stocking cases, ensuring fresh displays, managing rotating stock, and supporting team leaders with daily tasks.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is preferred.
• Excellent customer-facing service skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Keeps cases and shelves clean, stocked, front-faced, and properly labeled.
• Assists with organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to team leaders and buyers.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Provides courteous, friendly service and responds to customer needs promptly.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and ensures pricing accuracy.
