Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a Team Member to support the Produce department by receiving and preparing product, stocking shelves, and providing friendly service to customers.

You will help maintain displays, ensure product codes are checked, and support health and safety standards while working with a team. The role emphasizes strong customer service, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to store SOPs.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fresh and appealing display by stocking shelves and front-facing products.
• Assists Team Leader in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and supervisors.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Provides excellent customer service and answers phones promptly.
• Maximizes sales through proper preparation, storing, rotating and merchandising.
