Copeland is seeking a Procurement Systems Manager to drive Lean initiatives across procurement and supply chain, partnering with global teams to implement best practices. You will lead a Process Excellence group, mentor staff, and work with Oracle IT to tailor the platform to policy standards.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, KPI development, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, operations, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, engineering or IT.
• 7–10 years of experience in continuous improvement, procurement, materials or IT analysis.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience driving system and process change.
• Experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud.
• Lean transformation experience across a global platform.
• Analytics experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, or Domo; SQL desirable.
• Experience leading projects and tracking goals.
• Ability to train and present to leaders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel 10–25% (mostly domestic).

Responsabilités

• Lead the Process Excellence function within the Procurement Excellence team.
• Apply Copeland Business System tools to achieve continuous improvement.
• Facilitate global improvements focused on procurement aligning with strategic objectives.
• Manage the Process Excellence team and mentor members.
• Collaborate with Oracle IT teams to enhance the Oracle platform.
• Develop standardized metrics and dashboards with analytics.
• Document rolled-out processes and train key users.
• Be SME on Oracle procurement and planning processes for the center-led organization.
• Analyze metrics to develop improvement strategies.
• Design analytics and KPIs; train users on dashboards and reports.
• Use structured problem-solving to diagnose and improve conditions.
• Investigate complex issues with data and cross-functional teams.
