Job summary

Knowles Corporation is seeking a highly analytical Oracle ERP Supply Chain Business Analyst to bridge business operations and technical resources, focusing on supporting, optimizing, and implementing Oracle ERP Supply Chain modules to streamline manufacturing processes.

The candidate will bring 8–10 years of hands-on Oracle applications experience, strong data analysis, and knowledge of Lean concepts to drive data-driven decisions and robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of proven Oracle ERP applications support and implementation experience.
• Deep functional expertise with Oracle Inventory, Shipping, MSCA, Purchasing, and Inventory Management.
• Participated in at least 2 full life-cycle Oracle ERP implementations as a functional lead or business analyst.
• Strong data analysis and SQL skills; familiarity with Lean manufacturing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with supply chain and manufacturing teams to translate challenges into system requirements and functional solutions.
• Provide recommendations to address operations issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Apply Lean methodologies to analyze workflows and reduce defects through ERP optimizations.
• Use AI tools like Copilot to generate insights, summaries, and automated reporting.
• Provide day-to-day production support for core Oracle SCM modules: Inventory, Shipping, MSCA, Purchasing.
• Coordinate data validation and analysis using SQL Plus.
• Develop Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and testing criteria for Oracle implementations.
• Lead projects through Oracle AIM methodology and participate as a functional module leader on upgrades.
