Job summary

Copeland seeks a Procurement Systems Manager to drive global process improvements across procurement and supply chain. You will lead the Process Excellence team, apply Copeland Business System tools, and work with Oracle IT to align platforms with policies.

Analytical dashboards and KPIs will be built to inform leadership decisions. You will mentor staff, translate data into decisive actions, and partner with finance, operations, and sourcing to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, engineering, or IT field.
• 7–10 years in continuous improvement, procurement, materials management, or IT analysis.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and driving system/process change.
• Lean transformation experience and global rollout knowledge.
• Analytics development with Power BI/Tableau/Sigma/Domo; SQL desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Process Excellence function within Procurement Excellence.
• Apply Copeland Business System tools for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Oracle IT to enhance Oracle platform per global policies.
• Develop standardized metrics and dashboards with analytics teams.
• Mentor and train team; document new processes and rollouts.
• Design analytics and KPIs; train users on new dashboards and reports.
