Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of purchasing, production planning, scheduling, or supply chain experience.
• Experience in a lean manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier management, and strategic planning.

Aufgaben

• Manage purchasing activities, purchase orders, and supplier commitments to support production schedules.
• Monitor supplier acknowledgements, delivery dates, pricing, and material availability; resolve shortages and delays.
• Support supplier MRRs and ECNs with Engineering, Quality, and Production.
• Coordinate material forecasting and inventory levels to minimize shortages and excess inventory.
• Build supplier relationships, resolve pricing discrepancies, and negotiate cost improvements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality, delivery, and service requirements.
• Use Oracle to execute purchasing transactions and maintain accurate order information.
• Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement focused on waste elimination and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, applicable regulations, and ethical standards.
