Job summary

Copeland seeks a Procurement Systems Manager to drive the Copeland Business System rollout across Sidney, OH and St. Louis, MO, focusing on procurement and lean improvements.

You will lead a Process Excellence team, collaborate with Oracle IT, and build standardized dashboards to track KPIs and outcomes.

This role requires 7–10 years in improvement or procurement, Oracle ERP experience, and travel up to 25%. Hybrid work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, engineering or IT.
• 7–10 years in continuous improvement, procurement, materials mgmt or IT analysis.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience driving system and process changes.
• Oracle EBS/Oracle Cloud experience (or other ERP).
• Lean transformation and global rollout experience.
• Analytics skills with Power BI/Tableau/Domo; SQL desirable.
• Experience leading projects and tracking milestones.
• Ability to present to functional leaders.
• Strong cross-functional engagement and mentoring.
• Willingness to travel 10–25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Process Excellence function within the Procurement Excellence team.
• Apply Copeland Business System tools for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate global improvements focusing on procurement.
• Manage Process Excellence team; mentor and train.
• Collaborate with Oracle IT to enhance the Oracle platform.
• Develop standardized metrics and dashboards with analytics.
• Document new processes per global policies and train users.
• Serve as SME on Oracle procurement and planning processes.
• Analyze metrics and devise improvement strategies.
• Design analytics and KPIs; train users on dashboards and reports.
• Apply structured problem-solving to diagnose and improve.
