Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Procurement Systems Manager to drive process excellence across procurement and supply chain. You will lead a global team, apply Copeland Business System tools, and collaborate with Oracle IT to enhance the Oracle platform while developing standardized metrics and dashboards.

You will mentor staff, train business users, and design analytics to improve system parameter accuracy and process outcomes. Travel up to 25% domestically is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, engineering or IT.
• 7–10 years of experience in continuous improvement, procurement, materials management, or IT analysis.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience driving system and process change.
• Lean transformation experience and global rollout.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Process Excellence function within Procurement Excellence.
• Apply Copeland Business System tools for continuous improvement.
• Develop global improvements focused on procurement in alignment with strategic goals.
• Mentor and train the Process Excellence team.
• Collaborate with Oracle IT to enhance Oracle platform per global policies.
• Develop standardized metrics and dashboards with analytics teams.
• Train key business users on new processes and dashboards.
• Be the SME on Oracle procurement and planning for center-led procurement.
