Job summary
Insight Global is seeking a Procurement Systems Manager in New York to lead procurement technology initiatives, drive AI-enabled transformations, and oversee the migration from PeopleSoft to a cloud-based ERP. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, information systems, or related field.
- 5-8+ years of experience in procurement operations or related roles.
- Strong P2P process experience (order placement, PO).
- Experience with ERP systems and leading system implementations or major enhancements.
- Exposure to AI-driven tools, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead procurement systems initiatives and ERP migration projects.
- Expand, adopt, and optimize AI capabilities across procurement operations.
- Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support for AI tools.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to design, test, and implement enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and procurement controls.
- Develop KPIs and documentation for system effectiveness.
- Lead a team and drive cross-functional transformation initiatives.
