Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Procurement Systems Manager to lead AI-enabled procurement initiatives and guide system enhancements from PeopleSoft to a cloud ERP. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, oversee AI tools, and manage change across the procurement organization.

The role requires strategic thinking, execution skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions, with a focus on continuous improvement and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in procurement operations, procurement systems, or related roles.
• Strong experience in Purchase to Pay processes and ERP systems; cloud ERP experience preferred.
• Proven experience leading system implementations or major enhancements.
• Exposure to or experience with AI-driven tools, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and project management skills with stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead expansion and continuous improvement of agentic AI in procurement operations.
• Oversee maintenance, performance monitoring, and optimization of AI tools.
• Own procurement-related enhancements within PeopleSoft and automation efforts.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to design, test, and implement system changes.
• Lead ERP cloud migration projects and cross-functional project teams.
• Develop documentation, training, and change management for users.
